Assistant Teachers

Supporting the continuity of practice, guidance, and community learning.

Our Approach to Teaching

Teaching at Agama Meditation Center is grounded in the early Buddhist (Āgama) tradition.

The Lead Teacher provides primary guidance in meditation and insight, offering a clear and structured path of practice. Assistant teachers support the continuity of practice, helping maintain a stable and accessible environment for learning.

Together, this structure allows both depth of teaching and consistency in ongoing practice, supporting practitioners at different stages of their path.
